Mesh Count is the number of threads per inch in the direction of warp and
weft of the fabric. The mesh count is identical in both warp and
weft direction for Share Filtration's woven mesh.
Thread Diameter is specified as the diameter of the thread in microns; Yarn sizes
in both warp and weft directions are the same.
Mesh Opening is the size or space between threads. The mesh opening is the
result of the combination of the mesh count and yarn size. Mesh
opening will determine the size or amount of material that will
pass through the fabric.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory for both monofilament polyester mesh and yarn.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20
days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: The mesh sample could be free for small QTY, but without bearing
the freight cost by us.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30%
T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.
Custom packaging
1. Mesh in roll with paper tube and plastic bag, 2-10 rolls in per
carton, then waterproof bags outside with package belt.
2. Fold the mesh with PVC bag then in carton. Suitable for small
quantity and have no requirement on the crease.
